Not even make out, but just kiss! She gets really embarrassed and flush faced, and avoids the topic whenever I bring it up. She claims that she doesn't want to because she's afraid she'll be bad at it, because she has braces. Is there anyway I can help her not to think that, or to get her to kiss me?

Well… reassure her that even if she’s not good at it, you’ll be fine with it. And figure out how to make her comfortable. That being said, do not force her to do anything that she doesn’t want to.
